Job Description: Core Skill Set for ServiceNow HRSD Architect Roles &Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: o HRSD modules: Lifecycle Events, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, etc. o Configuration: HR templates, record producers, dynamic assignment rules. o Development: JavaScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Builder. o Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub o Security: ACLs, domain separation
  • Certifications: o Certified Application Developer (CAD) o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) o Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD Architectural & Design Skills
  • Solution blueprinting and technical documentation.
  • Designing scalable, secure, and compliant HRSD architecture.
  • Performance optimization Responsibilities of a ServiceNow HRSD Architect
  • Architecture & Solution Design: o Lead end-to-end HRSD solution design. o Define technical standards and best practices. o Create high-level architecture diagrams. o Facilitating clarification meetings and technical workshops o Supervising and performing platform configuration and adaptation
  • Development & Configuration: o Build custom workflows, lifecycle events, and onboarding/offboarding processes. o Configure HRSD modules and UI components.
  • Integration & Performance: o Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.). o Optimize performance and ensure compliance. Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 5–10+ years in ServiceNow, with at least 3–5 years focused on HRSD with architecture role experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience in customer interaction and stakeholder management.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
